在培养基中加入不同浓度、不同种类的植物激素影响非洲菊试管苗的分化和生根。结果表明诱导分化的培养基为MS +6 -BA 0 5mg L +NAA 0 2mg L ,生根诱导培养基 1 2MS +IBA 0 5mg L为宜。
Addition of different concentrations and different kinds of plant hormones to the medium affected the differentiation and rooting of the germplasm in vitro. The results showed that medium for inducing differentiation was MS +6-BA 0 5mg L + NAA 0 2mg L, and rooting induction medium 1 2MS + IBA 0 5mg L was suitable.
