切吉水库位于青海省海南州塘格木农场.水库建于1985年,因渗漏严重,达不到设计蓄水位,曾几经防渗处理均未达到防渗目的. 水库土坝高22m,灌溉农场10万亩土地,工程设计对主付坝及库区全面铺设土工膜,周边用砼齿墙锚固.主副坝采用土工膜斜墙形式砼盖板护坡,总防渗面积3.5万m~2(包括库区). 采用高密度聚乙烯片材(HDPE),厚度1.0mm,幅宽1.0m.延伸率80%左右,在
