随着社会的进步和科技的发展，人类正步入信息社会。在信息社会中，电子产业具有不言而喻的作用，而作为电子产业核心的微电子产业，将同经济发展，国防安全、工农业生产、人民生活等诸多方面形成须臾不可分的紧密关系。尤其是在军事方面，随着现代战争中电子战、信息战等以高科技装作为载体的对抗的出现微电子将在质量建军、科技强军方面发挥更大的作用。为了让社会公认对此有更深入的了解．真正确立“科学技术是第一生产力”的思想观念，“两会”期间．本刊记者就有关问题专访了全国政协委员、国防科技领域的微电子专家、西安电子科技大学副校长郝■教授。
