对1985年1月～1987年12月,收治于本院监护室的极低出生体重儿中的部分存活婴幼儿,共47例,进行了随访,并对其生长发育及营养状态进行了评价.随访内容包括营养状况、患病情况,体格和智力发育等.发现其体格发育较正常儿落后,母乳喂养率很低,身高及体重的发育均较正常儿差.在3岁前多有缺铁性贫血,血清锌普遍偏低.智力发育较差者偏多,且出生体重越低,智能障碍的发生率越高.有中度营养不良者,智能障碍的发生率亦较高.
A total of 47 surviving infants and young children with very low birth weight were admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital from January 1985 to December 1987 and were followed up for evaluation of their growth and nutritional status. Follow-up includes nutritional status, prevalence, physical and mental development, found that physical development lagging behind the normal children, breast-feeding rate is very low, height and weight development were worse than normal children .In the age of 3 more iron deficiency Sexual anemia, serum zinc is generally low.Psychiatric development is poor, and the birth weight is lower, the higher the incidence of mental retardation.Mild malnutrition, the incidence of mental retardation is also higher.
