针对矿井提升机电控系统能量浪费严重、谐波污染大的问题,提出了一种新型的双PWM变频调速控制策略:电压外环采用滑模变结构控制,电压内环采用前馈解耦控制,并结合空间脉宽矢量调制算法提高直流电压利用率。仿真实验证明,新型控制策略电控系统功率因数为1,电网谐波污染减少,矿井提升机电控性能得到改善。
Aiming at the serious energy waste and harmonic pollution of mine hoist electrical control system, a new double PWM frequency control strategy is put forward: sliding mode control of voltage outer loop and feedforward decoupling of voltage inner loop Control, and combined with the space pulse width vector modulation algorithm to improve DC voltage utilization. The simulation results show that the power factor of the new control strategy of the electronic control system is 1, the harmonic pollution of the power grid is reduced, and the electrical control performance of mine hoist is improved.
