新东阳创立于公元一九六七年,第一家自营门店成立于台湾台北市武昌街,专营肉松、肉干、烧腊食品批发及门市零售业务,历经四十五年的时代变迁与不断蜕变,持续贯彻『诚信、踏实、积极、创新』的四大经营理念,秉持「美味、品味、人情味」的中华文化精神,始终以「创新传统美食文化」为己任、「提升国人品味」为依归,并以「中华美食文化的国际代言人」自许,积极稳健的多角化发展。除扩大自有工厂产能外,亦持续深耕国内外多元通路,并以创新现代化经营模式持续发扬传统美食精神,使新东阳逐步奠定中华美食之窗的美誉。
