海南省海口电厂座落在海南岛北岸海口市西南35公里,南邻澄迈县的马村湾,西为花场港,北临琼州海峡。本工程系由港澳国际投资有限公司开发建设。合同期限18个月,第一台机组应于1989年7月20日安装完毕,土建由上海市第七建筑工程公司总承包施工。其中关健性项目是180米烟囱施工,该烟囱高度180米,底部外径19.5米,烟囱筒首外径5.7米(内径5米),筒身坡度30米以下8％、30米以上至180米3％。
The Haikou Power Plant of Hainan Province is located 35 kilometers southwest of Haikou City on the northern bank of Hainan Island, south of Ma Village Bay in Chengmai County, west of Huachang Port and north of Qiongzhou Strait. This project was developed by Hong Kong and Macau International Investment Co., Ltd. The contract period is 18 months. The first unit should be installed on July 20, 1989. The civil construction is to be contracted by Shanghai No. 7 Construction Engineering Company. Among them, the key project is a 180-meter chimney construction. The height of the chimney is 180 meters, the outer diameter of the bottom is 19.5 meters, the diameter of the chimney is 5.7 meters (inner diameter is 5 meters), and the slope of the shaft is 30 meters below 8% and 30 meters or more to 180 m 3%.
