The quality of cold-rolled ribbed steel bars is closely related to the performance of the rollers. The author introduced the production process of high-performance carbide rollers and the use characteristics of rollers based on years of experience in roller research. And the abnormal damage and prevention of the roll during the rolling process are discussed. The engineering and technical personnel can learn about the performance of the cold-rolled ribbed rebar.
