本实用新型是一种可双向打开的窗框。该窗框上使用一种三折合页(4),窗架(7)上、下框设置可转动的上活动台阶(11)和下活动台阶(6)。上活动台阶和下活动台阶与窗架(7)用销轴(20)联接。上活动台阶和下活动台阶可以配置扭力弹簧,也可以不配置扭力弹簧。每扇窗均没一个插销。窗架上方设置两个挂纱窗的开口拳头螺钉。
