Stock code: 0688.HK Interim Results: The first half results of China Overseas (0688.HK) released showed that its net profit reached HK $ 1.37bn, up 60.2% over the same period of last year. Strategic Layout: As of the end of July 2007, CSCL has a land bank of approximately 18.6 million square meters in 17 cities in the Mainland as well as Hong Kong and Macau. Mainly located in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Changchun, Suzhou, Ningbo, Zhuhai, Qingdao, Dalian and other cities with considerable economic growth potential.
