研究了含硼超高锰钢经过不同温度(1080~1140℃)水韧处理后的组织和性能。结果表明,随着水韧处理温度的升高,钢中的晶内碳化物明显减少,当温度升高到1100℃时晶内碳化物几乎完全溶解;水韧处理温度对硬度影响不大;冲击韧性则随水韧处理温度的升高先增加后减小。在低冲击应力磨料磨损条件下,1100℃水韧处理试样的磨损表面形貌SEM照片切痕较均匀,沟槽较少。试验结果表明经1100℃水韧处理后含硼超高锰钢的综合力学性能较好。
The microstructure and properties of boron-containing ultra-high manganese steel after water toughening at different temperature (1080 ~ 1140 ℃) were studied. The results show that with the increase of water toughness, the intragranular carbides obviously decrease. When the temperature is up to 1100 ℃, the intragranular carbides dissolve almost completely. The temperature of water toughening has little effect on the hardness. Impact Toughness increases with the increase of water toughening temperature and then decreases. Under the conditions of low impact stress abrasive wear, the SEM images of the wear surface morphology at 1100 ℃ are tougher and the grooves are less. The test results show that the mechanical properties of boron-containing ultra-high manganese steel after 1100 ℃ water toughening are better.
