I. Introduction In recent years, many researchers at home and abroad engaged in meteorological work have revealed the important fact that the ocean has a direct impact on the atmospheric processes. Especially in the long-term weather forecast, the role of the oceans and seas is an important factor that can not be ignored. It is known that there is a continuous process of heat exchange between the ocean and the atmosphere, and the study on the variation between them and the change of hydrological and meteorological elements are of great significance for further revealing and studying the relationship between the ocean and the atmosphere.
