目的观察宣氏小儿清肺糖浆联合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎痰热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法将符合研究标准的90例住院患儿随机分为两组,对照组30例予常规西药治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗的基础上加用宣氏小儿清肺糖浆。结果总有效率治疗组为95.00%,对照组为86.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组在降低小儿支气管肺炎临床症状及体征的主次症积分上明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣氏小儿清肺糖浆联合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎痰热闭肺证疗效显著,值得推广。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuan’s pediatric Qingfei syrup combined with western medicine in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia and phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome in children. Methods Ninety hospitalized children who met the criteria of the study were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional western medicine. 60 cases in the treatment group were given Xuan ’s Qingfei syrup on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and 86.67% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), and the scores of the primary and secondary symptom of the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group Better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Xuan children Qingfei syrup combined with western medicine treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat lungs significant effect, it is worth promoting.
