目的探讨阴式子宫切除术治疗中老年妇女子宫、阴道脱垂的疗效。方法总结52例子宫及阴道脱垂患者的临床资料,均在腰麻硬膜外阻滞麻醉下行阴式子宫切除术+阴道前后壁修补术(或同时行膀胱紧缩术)。结果术中经过顺利,无并发症发生,术后切口甲级愈合,临床症状得到明显改善,患者生活质量得到提高。结论阴式手术是治疗中老年女性盆腔器官脱垂的有效方法 ,具有很好的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of vaginal hysterectomy on uterine and vaginal prolapse in middle-aged and elderly women. Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with uterine and vaginal prolapse were summarized. All patients underwent vaginal hysterectomy plus vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair (or concurrent bladder tightness) under spinal anesthesia. Results After surgery, no complications occurred, postoperative incision Grade A, clinical symptoms have been significantly improved, patients with improved quality of life. Conclusion Vaginal surgery is an effective method for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse in middle-aged and elderly women, and has a good prospect of application.
