地税部门作为重要的行政执法部门,担负着组织财政收入、调控宏观经济和调节社会分配的职能,税收执法水平的高低,服务水平的优劣影响着经济社会的发展。有人把地税比作是地方政府的“钱袋子和腰杆子”。为了让政府的钱袋子鼓起来、腰杆子硬起来,近年来山东各级地税部门积极支持服务全省经济社会发展,税收工作取得了有目共睹的成绩。全省地税系统的税源管理、税收执法、纳税服务以及思想政治工作、党风廉政建设、干部教育培训等40余项工作先后80余次在全国、全省有关会议上介绍了经验,社会综合治税、税收执法责任制等6项工作在全国税务系统推广。省地税局机关先后荣获“省直文明机关”、“省级文明机关”、“全省创建文明行业先进单位”等20多项荣誉称号。特别是今年以来,地税部门继往开来,不断创新,在推动科学发展、和谐发展、率先发展,实现富民强省新跨越的伟大征程中迈出了新的步伐。近日,本刊记者就此专题采访了山东省地税局党组书记、局长于希信。
