对冷库贮藏八年半的云南稻种资源428份进行发芽力试验.利用M_(24)微机对所得的发芽势和发芽率数据进行分析处理.结果显示这428份云南稻种的平均发芽势为60.29%,平均发芽率为72.43%;品种的发芽势与发芽率呈极显正相关r=0.9042;不同类型的发芽力差异显著.由此可看出其低温耐贮性,籼稻和粘稻分别好于粳稻和糯稻,粳陆稻好于粳水稻;籼亚种的低温耐贮性普遍较好,粳水稻的耐贮性最差.最后,就云南稻种不同类型耐贮性差异的成因展开讨论,提出云南稻种各类型的冷库宜贮年限的设想.
428 samples of Yunnan rice germplasm stored in cold storage for eight and a half years were tested for germination ability.The data of germination potential and germination rate were analyzed by M_ (24) microcomputer.The results showed that the average germination energy of 428 Yunnan rice varieties was 60.29%, the average germination rate was 72.43%; germination potential of germplasm and germination rate showed a very significant positive correlation r = 0.9042; different types of germination significant difference .This shows that the low temperature storability, indica and sticky rice respectively Better than japonica and glutinous rice, japonica rice is better than japonica rice; indica subsp under low temperature storage is generally good, japonica rice is the worst storage tolerance.Finally, the causes of different types of storage tolerance differences of Yunnan rice Discuss, put forward the tentative plan of various types of cold storage in Yunnan rice storage period.
