不管从世界范围来看,还是从我国国内考察,环境与经济协调持续发展战略已成为90年代人类发展的一个主旋律。环境保护对经济的快速、稳定增长及人类生活的改善具有越来越重要的作用。为此,本文就我国环保问题及环保产业的投资作一些粗浅探索,供同仁们参考。一、我国环境保护的现状 80年代以来,我国环境保护工作取得了显著成效,在经济成倍增长的同时,环境污染并没有以相应的速度加重,一些污染物的排放还有所改善。但从总体上看,我国环境污染和生态破坏仍十分严重,并且面临着经济迅猛增长所带来的巨大环境保护压力。
No matter from the perspective of the world or from our country’s domestic investigation, the strategy of coordinative and sustainable development of environment and economy has become a main theme of human development in the 1990s. Environmental protection plays an increasingly important role in the rapid and steady economic growth and the improvement of human life. To this end, this article on China’s environmental protection and environmental protection industry investment to make some superficial exploration for my colleagues for reference. I. The Current Situation of Environmental Protection in China Since the 1980s, the environmental protection in our country has achieved remarkable results. While the economy has doubled, environmental pollution has not been aggravated at a corresponding pace, and some pollutant emissions have also been improved. However, on the whole, the environmental pollution and ecological damage in China are still very serious, and are under tremendous environmental pressure caused by the rapid economic growth.
