江西省武宁县茶场中学教师张绪贵在初中三年级政治课教学中,试行“五步法”的课堂教学形式,老师由过去处于支配地位进行满堂灌,而退居为辅导地位的引路人,使学生由被动听变成主动学的主人,教学质量逐年提高。张绪贵的“五步教学法”是:(1)阅读与思考:主要是在课堂上指定阅读范围和板书思考题,说明读书思考要求,让学生自己阅读,一般需15至20分钟。
Zhang Xu-gui, a tea-school middle school teacher in Wuning County, Jiangxi Province, piloted the “five-step method” of classroom teaching in junior high school third-year political class teaching. The teacher was dominated by the past and retired as a guide for counseling. Passive listening becomes the master of active learning, teaching quality is increasing year by year. Zhang Xugui’s “five-step teaching method” is: (1) reading and thinking: mainly in the classroom to specify the scope of reading and board writing questions, indicating that reading thinking requirements, allowing students to read their own, usually takes 15-20 minutes.
