本院自1984年3月至5月,在3个月内应用日本三和化学研究所提供的Niceritrol 胶囊制剂,对10例血栓闭塞性脉管炎(Buerger病)进行了治疗并做了临床观察,现将治疗结果报告如下:一、临床资料本组病人10例,其中男性9例,女性1例。年龄:21—30岁者4例,41～50岁者3例,51—60岁者2例,61岁以上者1例。年龄最小者23岁,最大者78岁。病程:最长者患病11年,最短者2个月。部位:上肢1例、下肢9例。病情程度:轻度者4例,中等度者3例,重度者3例。制剂:Niceritrol 每个胶囊内含量为250毫克。用法和用量:日用量为750毫克。每日3次饭后口服1个胶囊—250毫克。连续服用4周为一个疗程。每两周对患者进行一次症状体征调查。
Our hospital from March to May 1984, within 3 months with the Japan Sanwa Chemical Institute provided Niceritrol capsules, 10 cases of thromboangiitis obliterans (Buerger’s disease) were treated and made a clinical observation Now the treatment results are reported as follows: First, the clinical data of 10 patients in this group, including 9 males and 1 female. Age: 21-30 years old in 4 cases, 41 to 50 years old in 3 cases, 51-60 years old in 2 cases, 61 years of age in 1 case. The youngest 23 years old, the largest of 78 years old. Course of disease: the longest illness of 11 years, the shortest of 2 months. Parts: 1 case of upper limbs and 9 cases of lower limbs. The severity of the disease: mild in 4 cases, moderate in 3 cases, severe in 3 cases. Formulation: Niceritrol contains 250 mg per capsule. Usage and Dosage: Daily dosage of 750 mg. 3 capsules daily after oral administration of a capsule -250 mg. Take 4 weeks continuously for a course of treatment. Symptoms and signs survey once every two weeks.
