采用硬脂酸法制备了超细层状镧钛酸钾K2La2Ti3O10。通过XRD、TEM等测试技术对产物进行表征;利用FTIR对反应历程进行初步探讨;初步研究了K2La2Ti3O10的酸交换性质。结果表明,与传统高温固相反应法相比,该法使反应温度大大降低(300℃),产物颗粒尺寸减小(350nm×300nm)、比表面积增大1183m2/g;而且所得产物在HNO3溶液中即可剥离,剥离后的单片层自行卷曲成纳米管(20nm×100nm)。
Ultrafine layered lanthanum titanate K2La2Ti3O10 was prepared by stearic acid method. The products were characterized by XRD, TEM and other techniques. The reaction process was investigated by FTIR. The acid exchange properties of K2La2Ti3O10 were studied. The results show that the reaction temperature is greatly reduced (300 ℃), the particle size of the product is reduced (350nm × 300nm) and the specific surface area is increased by 1183m2 / g, compared with the traditional high temperature solid state reaction. And the product obtained in HNO3 solution You can peel, stripping the monolithic self-curled into nanotubes (20nm × 100nm).
