虚拟轴机床是近年来国内外学者高度重视的一种新型加工设备，被称之为机床结构的重大革命。现对虚拟轴机床的特点和应用，以及虚拟轴机床在国内外的研究状况进行综述和分析，并且对虚拟轴机床未来的发展趋势提出了几个值得重视的研究方向。
Virtual axis machine tool is a new type of processing equipment which is paid more attention by scholars at home and abroad in recent years. It is called the great revolution of machine tool structure. Now the characteristics and application of the virtual axis machine tool, as well as the research status of the virtual axis machine tool at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed, and several research directions worthy of attention are put forward for the future development trend of the virtual axis machine tool.
