目的观察注射用骨肽联合阿仑膦酸钠在骨质疏松症的应用效果,为临床合理治疗提供依据。方法选择80例符合入组标准的骨质疏松症患者作为观察对象,按随机数字表分为对照组40例和观察组40例,对照组进行阿仑膦酸钠片联合钙尔奇D治疗,连续6个月,观察组进行注射用骨肽联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗,连续6个月,治疗前后进行骨痛程度评分,根据症状改善情况评价临床疗效,采用GBD单光子骨密度仪测定骨密度,采用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为92.50%和75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.299,P<0.05),观察组和对照组的骨密度变化率分别为(9.37±1.65)%和(7.46±1.25)%,差异有统计学意义(t=4.262,P<0.05)。结论注射用骨肽联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效确切,能够有效缓解骨痛症状,增加骨密度,是治疗骨质疏松的良好方法。
Objective To observe the effect of injection of bone peptide combined with alendronate on osteoporosis and provide the basis for clinical rational treatment. Methods Eighty osteoporosis patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as observation objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). The control group was treated with alendronate sodium tablets and calcium chloride D, For 6 consecutive months, the observation group received injection of bone peptide combined with alendronate sodium for 6 months, before and after treatment of bone pain score, according to the improvement of symptoms to evaluate the clinical efficacy, using the GBD single-photon bone densitometer determination of bone Density, using SPSS 17.0 for statistical analysis. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.50% and 75.00%, respectively, with significant difference (χ2 = 6.299, P <0.05). The change rates of bone mineral density in the observation group and the control group were (9.37 ± 1.65 )% And (7.46 ± 1.25)%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (t = 4.262, P <0.05). Conclusion The injection of bone peptide combined with alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis is effective in treating osteoporosis. It can effectively relieve the symptoms of bone pain and increase the bone density, which is a good method for the treatment of osteoporosis.
