1998年以来,农机市场出现了波动,在春节过后出现了一次启动。但进入4月份的旺季后却呈现旺季不旺的反常现象。5月份部分产品小幅回升,这种波动起伏给企业的经营带来了一定的困难。在这种情况下,企业采取措施来渡过目前的难关,成了生产经营的重点。最近,笔者参加有关会议,对拖拉机行业生产企业存在的问题进行了了解,同时也看出企业正采取多种经营策略,在困境中努力拼搏,积极挺进市场,寻找自己的立足点。
Since 1998, the farm machinery market has fluctuated and a start-up occurred after the Spring Festival. However, after entering the peak season in April, it showed an anomalous peak season. In May some products rebounded slightly, this ups and downs to the business has brought some difficulties. Under such circumstances, enterprises have taken measures to weather the current difficulties and become the focus of their production and operation. Recently, I participated in relevant meetings to understand the problems existing in the tractor industry manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, I also learned that enterprises are adopting a variety of business strategies, working hard in the difficult situations, actively pushing the market forward and finding their own footholds.
