目的:探讨丹参舒心软胶囊制备的最适方法。方法:通过对软胶囊生产工艺进行考察,以内容物的均一性、流动性和稳定性为考察指标,确定内容物比例和处方;以囊壳的性状和崩解时限为考察指标,确定囊壳的处方。结果:通过试验,确定提取物与大豆油1∶1比例,囊壳中明胶∶甘油∶水的比例为1∶0.4∶1对于软胶囊的性质比较适合。结论:该工艺质量可控也比较简便,适合实际实验操作,得到的产品符合标准。
Objective: To explore the optimal method of preparation of Salvia soft capsule. Methods: The production technology of soft capsule was investigated, the homogeneity, fluidity and stability of the contents were taken as the index to determine the proportion and prescription of the contents. The properties of the capsule and the disintegration time were taken as the index to determine the capsule shell The prescription. Results: The ratio of extract to soybean oil 1: 1 was determined by experiments. The ratio of gelatin: glycerol: water in the shell was 1: 0.4: 1, which was suitable for the properties of soft capsules. Conclusion: The quality of the process controllable is also relatively simple, suitable for practical experimental operation, the resulting product meets the standards.
