管理是一门科学,学问颇多,尤其是报业管理,由于新闻单位的特殊地位和作用,新闻工作者的特定工作条件和环境,其管理方式不同于一般企业管理,而报业管理在我国还是一门新兴学科。老一代新闻工作者几十年来积累了许多管理经验,但在改革开放的新形势下,在市场经济的特定氛围中,报业必须探索有时代特色、又能适应社会大趋势的管理方式,这需要认真地研究,去思考。
