本文指出,直喷式柴油机喷油系统低速性能同其针阀升程不同波形的区划有密切的关系。文中利用有限供油压力波的特性分析了该喷油系统低速针阀升程波动的机理,并按理论分析得出的两种波形分界线对I号喷油泵系统的波形进行了区划。结果表明,计算与实测的分界线基本相符。本文还着重讨论了油管剩余压力对波形分界线的影响。
This paper points out that the direct injection diesel engine injection system with its low-speed performance of its needle valve stroke different zoning has a close relationship. In this paper, the mechanism of the low-speed needle valve lift fluctuation of the injection system is analyzed by using the characteristics of the limited oil supply pressure wave, and the waveform of the I oil injection pump system is divided according to the theoretical analysis of the two waveform boundary lines. The results show that the calculated and measured boundaries basically consistent. This article also focuses on the tubing residual pressure on the waveform boundary.
