根据中朝1956年文化合作计划来我国访问朝鲜民主主义人民共和国教育考察团一行五十人,在11月11日--14日,先后分批的来到苏州、无锡和南京等地,进行了广泛的参观考察活动。11日至14日,考察团8人在宋晶宇副团长率领下在苏州重点考察了县市教育行政领导问题,参观了中等学校,听了苏州实小黄寰清老师的一堂课,于15日晚到达南京,与先一日来宁的在邓镇石团长、余哲东副团长率领下的42人汇合。
