著名“安全经济”专家罗云不久前对外公布了他的课题结果:中国2001年因事故所造成的损失就高达1800多亿人民币。这恰巧相当于我国三峡工程的总预算,也就是说每年事故损失相当于毁掉一个三峡工程。
Well-known “safe economy” expert Luo Yun recently announced his topic results: China in 2001 caused an accident as much as 180 billion yuan loss. This happens to be equivalent to the total budget of the Three Gorges Project in our country, which means that the annual loss of an accident is equivalent to ruining a Three Gorges Project.
