作者首先温习了动物实验照射后,心电图变化,并叙述了恶性淋巴瘤、乳癌、食道癌及肺癌患者等,放疗时心脏损伤引起的心电图变化。据1920年报导资料认为动物受照后,心电图变化,多表现为T 波逆转与ST 段上升,Q 波出现及左、右心室传导损害。病变为心内膜炎、心肌坏死红细胞浸润、结缔组织增生及心肌栓塞变性等。临床患者受照后,心电图变化可分为:1.照射中发生者,患者产生急性心内膜炎症状,如发热、胸痛、心摩擦音等;心电图变化为QRS 低电压,T 波低平或倒置,ST 段上升,通常这些变化为一过性的。
The author first reviewed the animal experiments after irradiation, ECG changes, and described the malignant lymphoma, breast cancer, esophageal cancer and lung cancer patients, ECG changes caused by heart injury during radiotherapy. In the irradiation occurred, the patient had acute endocarditis symptoms, such as fever, chest pain, cardiac friction sound; ECG changes to QRS low voltage, T wave low flat or inverted , ST segment rises, usually these changes are transient.
