Objective To explore the effect of QCC activities on reducing the unreasonable rate of prophylactic use of antibacterials during perioperative period of type Ⅰ incision. Methods The clinical data of patients with type Ⅰ incision perioperative prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs were selected. Among them, 231 patients received quality control before operation, 223 patients were used to verify the causes, and 268 patients The patient’s effect was observed and analyzed. Results The irrational rate of prophylactic use of antibacterials during the perioperative period in Class I incision decreased from 57.14% before exercise to 19.78% after exercise, with an improvement of 65.38%. Conclusions Quality control ring activities not only reduce the irrational rate of prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in perioperative period of type Ⅰ incision, but also enhance the abilities of cyclists in their activities significantly.
