社会经济的发展就根本基于分工的演进,而分工则体现在两个方面:一是市场机制引导的社会外部分工,二是组织机制实施的组织内部分工。尽管传统上往往把这两者视为替代关系,但实际上更是互补关系,两者的演化也是双向的。其实,分工所包含的竞争和合作两方面内容都体现了协调性,分工的深化则源于协调水平的提高。因此,分工效益根本上也就是源于协调水平的增进和协调机制的完善。
Socio-economic development is based on the evolution of division of labor, and division of labor is reflected in two aspects: First, the market mechanism to guide the social external division of labor, and second, organizational mechanisms for the implementation of the organizational division of labor. Although traditionally these two are regarded as alternative relations, they are in fact more complementary and their evolution is two-way. In fact, both the contents of competition and cooperation contained in the division of labor reflect the coordination, and the deepening of the division of labor stems from the improvement of the coordination level. Therefore, the division of labor benefits are essentially derived from the improvement of the coordination level and the improvement of the coordination mechanism.
