为解决某催化装置NO_x排放超标问题,将二套催化装置与同一地区的同轴式催化裂化装置以及TMP装置进行横向对比,从原料、催化剂、操作条件及再生形式等方面进行比较。经过计算与比较发现影响二套催化外排烟气NO_x的主要原因是再生形式的不同。本文对三种再生形式对烟气中NO_x影响进行研究,并提出解决该装置烟气NO_x超标的措施。
In order to solve the problem of excessive NO_x emission of a catalytic unit, two sets of catalytic units were compared with the coaxial catalytic cracking units and TMP units in the same area for comparison in terms of raw materials, catalysts, operating conditions and regeneration modes. After calculation and comparison, it is found that the main reason that affects the NO_x of the two sets of catalytic exhaust fumes is the different regeneration forms. In this paper, the effects of three regeneration forms on NO_x in flue gas are studied, and measures to solve the excessive NO_x in flue gas are proposed.
