当前 ,我国部分乡村中学在青年教师的培养与管理工作中陷入了一些误区。管理观念的陈旧 ,对教师培养工作的不重视或流于形式 ,积分竞赛制度的推行 ,使得学校管理工作愈加被动 ,走向恶性循环。学校领导应树立管理新观念 ,废除单纯以经济手段激励人、以制度和权力治理人的做法 ,而应多基于教师人性的考虑 ,因时因地因人制宜 ,探索出一套适合本校校情的管理模式
