随着招生的增加和就业形势的转变,高职院校建筑类专业的就业形势不容乐观。本文结合作者多年的就业指导经验,针对现在的就业形势,结合学校实际和学生学情总结了一些就业指导方面的宝贵经验,主要是指导学生更新就业理念、帮助学生扩大就业领域、做好日常就业指导、努力为学生提供就业渠道。希望能够与广大高职高校的教师们分享共勉。
