素质教育的全面推进与新一轮课程改革,为教育技术装备及管理工作提供了一个广阔的发展空间和机遇,革新了传统的教育理念,研究性、探究性的学习方式正在冲击着传统的课堂教学模式.为适应新一轮课程改革的需要,探索基于网络环境下培养学生创新精神和实践能力的方法和模式,我们必须要求教育技术装备及管理工作与教育改革和发展的目标相适应.为此,我们在原有实验室管理的基础上,结合新课改的需要,提出了“一个中心、两个优化、三个管理、四个突破”的实验室管理工作新模式,并在实践中得到了进一步的充实和提高,受益匪浅.
