对法兰开裂原因进行分析,对断口的宏观形貌进行观察并对法兰成分、法兰及断口的金相、断口形貌、相成分进行分析。结果显示,由于法兰的化学成分不合格以及焊缝热影响区处于应力集中处造成了法兰的开裂。
The causes of flange cracking were analyzed. The macroscopic appearance of the fracture was observed and the composition of the flange, the flange and the metallographic fracture surface, fracture morphology and phase composition were analyzed. The results showed that the flanges were cracked due to the unqualified chemical composition of the flange and the heat-affected zone of the weld at the stress concentration point.
