在县级及其以下基层医院里,限于设备和技术条件,对一些疑难病例往往难以作全面检查、系统治疗及必要的手术病理证实,加之一般没有指令性的科研课题,因此,欲收集大量完整的病例资料,进行分析归纳及统计学处理,再撰写出较高水平的学术论文来,确实困难.但倘能坚持勤奋学习,勇于实践,认真探索和善于总结,将自己熟悉的病例资料按规范要求进行加工、整理,撰写出个案报道及经验交流等体裁的“小文章”,还是力可能及的.切莫以“题小”而不为.作者近10年来曾在《中放》《实放》等11种专科期刊上,发表过40多篇不同体裁的“小文章”.个中自有不少甘苦和令人懊恼的“得”与“失”.现仅简要地谈点有关体会.
