硒作为人和动物的一种必需的微量元素在生理过程中有着特殊的意义,因此人们在环境、食品和临床医学上对硒含量的测定十分重视。在各种测定方法中,样品的消化是准确测定微量硒的关键。本文采用高压釜密封加压消解,用硒试剂2,3二氨基萘(DAN)与Se(Ⅳ)配合,10ml环已烷萃取,有机相于519,5nm测定荧光强度F(378,2nm激发),由F对硒浓度的标准检量线求得硒含量。 1.工作曲线:取1ppmSe(Ⅳ)标液0.00,0,05,0,10,……,0,35ml于8只100ml三角瓶中,加入1%盐酸羟胺1ml,2.5%EDTA 1ml,
