苏办[2011]30号为了深入贯彻中央和省委关于加强社会建设创新社会管理的一系列决策部署,进一步统筹推进经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设和党的建设,不断开创社会建设和管理工作新局面,更好地促进苏州经济社会全面协调可持续发展,加快“三区三城”建设,率先基本实现现代化,提出如下意见。
