一 教学目的和要求 本课程的任务是,使学员掌握常用轴承材料的性能及热处理工艺的特点,了解热处理常用设备和技术质量分析的知识。通过学习,应达到: 1.了解轴承常用材料的基本性能和化学成份; 2.初步懂得铬轴承钢热处理的基本原理; 3.掌握热处理的质量检验知识,并有分析产生缺陷的能力; 4.掌握常用轴承钢的正火、退火、淬火、回火、渗碳的热处理工艺; 5.了解轴承热处理的新技术;
A teaching purpose and requirements The task of this course is to enable trainees to master the performance of commonly used bearing materials and heat treatment process characteristics, understanding of heat treatment equipment and technical quality analysis of common knowledge. Through learning, you should achieve: 1. Understand the basic performance and chemical composition of commonly used bearing materials; 2. Understand the basic principles of heat treatment of chromium bearing steel; 3.
