思想观点:叶圣陶先生说过:“教育是农业而不是工业。”这句话特别值得我们教育工作者深思句话特别值得我们教育工作者深思。教育,只有充分尊重学生尊重学生,遵循儿童的年龄特点和个性发展规律,才能真正适合不同层次学生的发展需求能真正适合不同层次学生的发展需求,才能引发学生源于内心的求知欲望生源于内心的求知欲望,教育才会充满活力,才会变成学生主动的成学生主动的、生动活泼的探究过程,有效地促进学生成长生成长。
