山东省商河县境内驻有胜利油田临盘采汕二矿、胜利油田鲁明公司商河分公司、胜利油田东胜公司商河分公司三家采油企业,还有75公里东临(双线)输油管线和99公里的输气管线,全县油区覆盖了10个乡镇。油区工作管理委员会的主要职责是:全而负责商河县辖区内所有涉油企业与地方相关事宜的协调、管理、指导、服务等有关油区管理工作,维护油区秩序和服务油地经济发展,代表地方政府在油区管理工作中承上启下,综合协调,检查督促,参与指导服务等工作。
