Objective To explore the health status of workers exposed to arsine and their prevention and treatment. Methods The concentration of arsine in the air of two smelters in Liuzhou City was tested. A total of 130 arsenic workers were inspected, and the results were compared with 179 workers in the non-arsenic exposure control group. Results Arsenic (18.7%) test points in the workplace exceeded the national occupational health standards. Urinary arsenic, liver and kidney function, blood abnormalities and clinical symptoms in the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) The common abnormalities and the detection rate of clinical symptoms were higher than those of men. There was no significant difference in urinary arsenic among workers of different ages and working years (P> 0.05). Conclusion Arsine has a certain health hazards for workers, should pay attention to the production of arsenic concentration control, strengthen protective measures to improve the operating environment.
