目的 探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO) 治疗白塞综合征(BS) 的作用机制。方法 动态观察22 例BS患者UBIO 治疗前后血流变学、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHpx)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、丙二醛( MDA) 、过氧化氢酶(CAT) 、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF) 、白细胞亚微结构的变化,以药物治疗的11 例BS 患者为对照组作疗效比较。结果 UBIO 后BS 患者血中SOD、GSHpx、CAT 含量较治疗前明显升高,LPO、MDA、TNF及血粘度显著降低,白细胞微绒毛显著增多变粗长,其总有效率(95 .9% ) 明显优于药物组(63.5 % )。结论 UBIO 治疗BS的机制可能与减轻BS患者自由基反应所引起的损害及改善微循环,调节机体免疫功能,提高白细胞杀菌、消炎、吞噬作用有关。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of UBIO in the treatment of Behcet's syndrome (BS). Methods The changes of hemorheology, superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSHpx), lipid peroxide (LPO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in 22 patients with BS were observed dynamically before and after UBIO treatment. ), Catalase (CAT), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), leucocyte submicroscopic structure in 11 patients with drug-treated BS as control group. Results The serum levels of SOD, GSHpx and CAT in patients with UBIO after BS were significantly higher than those before treatment, LPO, MDA, TNF and blood viscosity were significantly decreased, while leukocyte microvilli were significantly enlarged and coarse. The total effective rate (95.9% Significantly better than the drug group (63.5%). Conclusion The mechanism of UBIO in the treatment of BS may be related to the reduction of the damage caused by free radical reaction in BS patients, the improvement of microcirculation, the regulation of immune function and the improvement of leukocyte sterilization, anti-inflammatory and phagocytosis.
