高校学生党建工作是思政工作的重要组成部分。随着高校的扩招和社会对于音乐师范人才的广泛需求,高校音乐教育专业的学生数量逐年增加,而其特殊性决定了学生党建工作中存在一些问题和不足。在此结合笔者从事音乐学院基层学生党建工作的实际经验,在分析高师音乐专业学生党建工作存在的问题的基础上,结合专业特色,明确紧扣思想建党、制度建党、组织建党的工作思路,提出了有针对性的措施建议,以期有效地促进党建工作的顺利开展。
Party building in college students is an important part of the ideological and political work. With the expansion of college enrollment and the extensive social demand for music teacher talent, the number of students majoring in music education in colleges and universities has been increasing year by year. However, its uniqueness has determined some problems and deficiencies in the party construction work. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the party construction work of music major students in normal colleges and universities, combining with the professional characteristics, this paper clarifies the working train of thought closely with the ideological founding, the institutional founding and the organizational founding. The suggestions and measures of pertinent measures are put forward so as to effectively promote the smooth development of the party construction.
