对适用于玉米的RAPD实验体系进行研究,摸索出适用于玉米的RAPD的反应适宜条件,建立了稳定的玉米RAPD分析体系。应用这一体系对温敏核雄性不育玉米琼42-Qms及其可育的近等基因系琼42进行RAPD分析,在300多个引物中发现1个引物在两种材料中扩增带型有差异,经重复试验,初步认为此差异与玉米雄性不育基因连锁。
