Well deep is the honorary president of Japan’s Sony Electric Company, president of Japan Invention Association. He was a radio engineer, but his enthusiasm for early childhood education has been on the rise ever since. He is the author of Preschool Educational Monographs such as “Too Late in Kindergarten” and “Early Childhood Education for 0-3-year-olds”. Currently, he serves as the chairman of Japan’s Early Childhood Development Association. This article gives an overview of Mr. Inoue’s argument about early childhood education. For many years, people have always believed that intelligence is inherited. However, with the rapid development of science and technology, people’s evaluation of the role of genetics in the development of individuals is getting lower and lower, while the role of the acquired environment (including education) is increasingly showing its undoubted status. So when is the stimulus of this kind of environment and the impact of education on it? Mr. Inoue thinks it should start with the fetus, that is, the “prenatal education” that emerged in China 4000 years ago.
