国有企业改造为股份制企业后,公司内部如何管理,建立新的运行机制,这是崭新的课题。笔者深入到福州通用电气股份有限公司(原福州第二开关厂)进行调研,根据公司构建的新运行机制总结他们的管理经验,依据市场经济的客观规律和我国企业实际,应用现代管理科学理论,提出了一种新的管理方法——全方位市场化调优管理法,诚与企业界、理论界商榷,以期取长补短,共同提高,促进我国企业管理现代化的早日实现。
After the transformation of state-owned enterprises into joint-stock enterprises, how the company manages itself and establishes new operating mechanisms is a new topic. The author went deep into Fuzhou General Electric Co., Ltd. (formerly Fuzhou No. 2 Switch Factory) to conduct research and summarize their management experience according to the company’s new operating mechanism. Based on the objective laws of the market economy and the actual situation of China’s enterprises, the modern management science theory was applied. A new management method has been put forward--omni-directional market optimization management method, sincerely discussed with the business community and the theoretical community in order to learn from each other’s strengths, jointly improve, and promote the early realization of the modernization of China’s enterprise management.
