计算机自动查号系统已在我国大部分县级以上城市开通。在这些系统中，话务员是通过键盘与计算机进行对话的。实现了基于ＰＡＲＡＤＯＸＥＮＧＩＮＥ的大容量语音输入式电话查询系统。对于这一系统，话务员可以利用话筒输入待查内容。
