目的探讨内斜视儿童手术前配戴压贴三棱镜对手术后双眼单视功能的影响。方法 53名内斜视儿童术前配戴压贴三棱镜待双眼视功能好转后手术,对照组为87例内斜视病人直接行内斜视手术。比较两组术后远、近立体视锐度。结果压贴三棱镜组患者术后有立体视者52例(小于800″),对照组64例(小于800″)。结论内斜视术前压贴三棱镜可能有利于手术后建立立体视功能,提高功能治愈率。
Objective To investigate the effect of presbyopia with presynaptic prisms on the binocular monovision after operation in children with esotropia. Methods Fifty - three esotropia children underwent preoperative presynaptic prism fixation and bilateral binocular visual function improvement. The control group received 87 cases of esotropia directly undergoing esotropia. The far and near stereoacuity of the two groups were compared. Results There were 52 stereopsis patients (less than 800 “) and 64 patients (less than 800”) in the control group. Conclusions The preoperative pyrography of presbyopia may be helpful for the establishment of stereopsis after surgery and improve the cure rate.
